Mike Saunders Managing DirectorMike has 14 years experience in the web development and design industry. He has project managed the design and build of nearly 200 websites with over 100 currently live and maintained by him and his team. Mike has managed web projects for a wide range of customers from individuals to larger organisations including Tiscali, Silent Night Beds, Tisserand Aromatherapy, NTL, Glendinning and The Vindolanda Trust. Mike started his career as a web designer and rose to creative director at Aurora Entertainment Group until in 2004 he started his own agency - Reactor. Launched as a web design company, Mike has built Reactor up to be a brand, marketing and design agency offering a range of digital and printed marketing solutions. Tim Mann Creative DirectorTim is an award winning graphic designer with 10 years commercial experience both in the public and private sector working on large scale branding projects, strategic corporate identity schemes, communications management, applied creative thinking and practical graphic design expertise. Tim's work has won a British Design and Art Direction Award (equivalent to a Design Oscar) and whose work has recently been shortlisted for a European communications award. Our Partners

Rob Burns Marketing ManagerRob Burns has 10 years of commercial experience in online marketing including managing over £1 million of yearly sales for niche book clubs including The Ancient & Medieval History Book Club and The History Guild. With a background in publishing he has worked as web producer for the academic publisher SAGE publications, responsible for its web strategy in Europe, Middle East & Africa. His expertise spans online marketing communications and strategy, search engine optimization, Google Adwords (managing over £40,000 of online advertising spend for clients) conversion optimisation and search engine copywriting.
